Greetings! Well, that’s how we greet you every day. We want to make sure that you will feel welcomed in our company. We will ask you what you need and offer you our help and our best to reach out. We always make sure that we value your concerns and everything you put on the table. An extravagant customer service, yes, this is what we call it.

We, as agents, waiters, clerks, vendors, business men and other job that interacts with a client on an agent to client basis, respect everything you say to us; your compliments and your complains. We make sure that we satisfy you by all means because we don’t want you to lose your trust and your investments.

Even though you shout at us, talk shits about our mistakes and threatens us that we will lose our jobs if we fail to meet your expectations, we never give you a middle finger, we never show you our pouty faces and we never act affected by the words you are throwing at us.

Sometimes, we want to shout at your back because we are not dumb and maybe we have higher education than yours because we know how to contain our anger or maybe, literally speaking, you are just lucky to be in your position right now because you have connections from the management of the company you are working for.

We are not machines that you can switch on to work as fast as you want. We have slow internet connections and system errors that’s why replying to you sometimes is a bit late-and we feel grudge whenever that happens-which makes you feel furious every time.

We are not your slaves that you can shout/yell at just because you don’t want whatever is happening in front of your eyes. We apologize for any mistakes and we can assure you that we will learn from our mistakes.

You are not our ‘HIGHNESS’ for you to act like you can buy our lives and our whole dignity because we are offering you services and you are paying us.

We are humans too. We work for our family and for ourselves. You may not know but maybe we studied more majors than you did. You were just born with a golden spoon that’s why you are in that position and we are here. Our parents can never afford to be as high as you are because we are only simple individuals. Sometimes, we have more means than you do, we can be richer than you are but we just chose the low profile to level all the individuals in this worlds. You’ll never know, right?

You don’t have to call us dumb or call us names because we were born with names and I believe it is not ‘idiot’.

Are you having problems with your bookings? Then tell us! don’t yell at us, telling us that we will lose our jobs if we don’t fix things.

Are you having problems with your order or requests? Then tell us! Let us know what you really want because we are not a fucking fortune teller to predict everything that you want.

Are you travelling somewhere and you need our help? Than be patient on waiting for your ticket, hotel, visa because we are not the one who booked those at the last minute, it is your fault actually and we don’t care because we are not the one who was dumb enough not to sense that they need things prior to their travel.

Sir/Madam, we are really pissed off whenever you think high of yourself, we really want to lock the door whenever you are around and we want to put earplugs in our ears whenever you nag at us. We want to punch you in the face because of your rudeness and we want to yell in your face that you are just one of all shits living in this world.

We always tell ourselves whenever you put your sour face to us that you will die soon, eventually, we all are going to die, but are you sure we will meet again after life? I don’t think so, because I believe you will be in a hot place called ‘hell’, you’ll sit there and suffer your own sins, burning yourself dead.

Do you have a child? I’m sure they will be working for someone someday and they will cry inside the restroom cursing their clients as well. It’s like they will be cursing you in the future because you were once a client too. They will feel whatever you made us feel and they will hate their clients for the rest of their lives.

Thank you for showing us how mundane we are and you aren’t. You are not ALWAYS right!
