If Wishes Could Kill (A Moview)

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

What will you do if you will have a phone application that can grant you a wish? The catch is, after the wish is granted, you will have 24 hours to live.

This is the new series released in Netflix entitled, If Wishes Could Kill, and the directions is, if you got a wish, you should use the Girigo app, write a saju (This a traditional Korean fortune-telling system, often called the “Four Pillars of Destiny,” based on an individual’s birth year, month, day, and time) and make your wish as you record yourself in the app.

The only weird thing is that once your wish is granted, a timer is going to appear in your phone and you only have that time until you kill yourself, or that’s what everyone will see when you finally get a 10 seconds remaining of that timer.

The Art of Sarah

Hermès, Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Cartier, Rolex and Tiffany & Co, are just some of the luxury brands dominating the luxury market. If one has a collection of any of these brands, it’s already consider an investment, especially Hermès, which the exclusivity is so special that buyers cannot just buy it by walking in the store but instead, getting invited to buy, not only that, you will have to accept whatever they will offer you because you cannot choose the color, leather or even the design, if they offer you one bag, you’re lucky if that’s close to whatever you’re looking for, if not, then you will have to settle buying the exact bag you wanted through a third party seller only to pay double or maybe triple the price in the store, like I mentioned, investment.

Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning (A Moview)

Rating: 3 out of 5.

Maybe this is the final entry in the Mission Impossible film series, MI: The Final Reckoning has set another standard when it comes to action movies. Well, in this era, if it’s not Tom Cruise, Jason Statham, or Keanu Reeves, we’ll have to think about it twice. The Final Reckoning was set at the time where Ethan (played by Tom Cruise) needed to choose who to save, the world, or his friends. He has to do the impossible to be able to retrieve the entity and kill it but along the way, he lost people that are important in his life and he met again some of those who became part of his journey. It was like a mini reunion for some of the actors he worked with during the previous film installments.

In this journey, Ethan had to work again with the US government to prevent the entity from launching all nuclear missiles available in the globe and possibly ruin the entire mankind. To all those who don’t know know, The Entity is a self aware AI that has its own mind and can actually penetrate in cybersecurity and predict what will happen in the future. This technology was the main point of the whole Mission Impossible movie franchise. Not knowing, Ethan was the one who made it possible for the Entity to exist. Every move that Ethan made in the previous movies, it had an effect with the Entity.

Captain America: Brave New World (A Moview)

Rating: 2 out of 5.

After the real Captain America retired, Sam Wilson took over as the new Captain America. Not as surprised than everyone else but ever since he was Falcon, he was the only one who gradually stick to its loyalty when it comes to saving the Earth’s humanity, even as an avengers and someone who had an epic entrance during the Endgame movie, I believe he is able to do more versatile than just making a everyone think he is there for saving. He was able to prove so many things behind, not just

Hello, Love, Again: A Moview

Rating: 3 out of 5.

“A future with no goodbyes, and in that future, Joy, you have a home in me.” – Ethan

Ethan and Joy has been in our heads since they released the new sequel of their first movie Hello, Love, Goodbye. Starring Kathryn Bernardo, and Alden Richards, the epic movie collaboration of two of the biggest channels in the Philippines had made yet another history. Pulling out to be the current highest grossing film worldwide, breaking their own record, this definitely a win for Filipino movie and talents. Directed still by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, this has set so many records and first to the Filipino movies.

Before we even go there, you can read my previous moview about the first movie, so that you will have something to compare to. There’s so much going on in this movie, like especially when they actually matched the timeline in the real world, it was really a good move to do that because the movie became more relatable to every viewers.

This second sequel, is about how Joy and Ethan walk through the paths of the real challenges of having a long distance relationship. They’ve seen the brightest of days and the darkest of nights. Joy moved to Canada to start a new journey and fulfill her dreams of becoming a nurse while Ethan continued to live and support his family in Hong Kong with his dreams of a successful bar.

Venom: The Last Dance

Rating: 2.5 out of 5.

This year, they released the new movie for Venom and it’s a mix of all the things you want in a classic monster movie but also the things you don’t want to be happening in a Spiderman movie. I know this is not actually the typical Spidey movie but this is somehow having connections with my dear Peter Parker and I think that it is very important that they do such sequels in connection to the current Spiderman movie or so we thought.

If you think about getting some reason to ditch one sequel of a marvel movie, this is probably one of them.
