I know we are all bored and bummed because of the current situation circulating worldwide because of the Covid19 and at the end of the day, we cannot do anything but follow the lockdown protocols and stay at home. But what can we do inside our homes? I’ve got a lot in my list but surely not everyone can enjoy, exercise, drawing, online studying, cooking; but everyone can have a little distraction by watching TV, Netflix or Movies.

When choosing a specific film or series to watch on Netflix, I guess I’m not alone when I say, I take the entire day choosing what to watch and I always end up not watching anything at all.

Well, for the entire time I have been watching and reviewing films, I also watch TV Series and I bet I can give you 10 on my list for you to try and enjoy while you’re in a quarantine or lockdown.

Let’s start!

1. F.R.I.E.N.D.S (1994)

If you want comedy but with life lessons, FRIENDS is for you! This is a story about adulting and other stuff with it. Six reckless adults living in Manhattan; with different lives but together, they made their lives more than adventurous and a life you’ll want for yourself and your friends someday.

FRIENDS is good for those who will be having their lockdown longer than a month. You won’t get bored of all the 10 Seasons! After you watch it, let’s talk about Unagi! haha!

2. Descendants of the Sun (2016)

If you still don’t know the infamous Song-Song couple, then it’s your chance to have a glimpse of their love story. This Korean Drama has top the charts on the previous years. It’s about a soldier and a doctor who fell in love with each other but their careers is keeping them from getting together. Which one will they choose? Love or Career? or Maybe both.

For those who haven’t tried to watch Kdramas, then this is a good start to do so!

3. Grey’s Anatomy (2005)

If you would like something more on the medical side of the drama industry, the you cannot miss Grey’s Anatomy. This is about the story of Meredith Grey and her experience as a doctor in Seattle Grace Medical Center and her life with her intern friends and McDreamy. This has more than 10 seasons which is perfect for you to binge-watch, not only you’ll learn some medical terms, but you’ll learn how to deal with complicated problems of what life may throw at you.

4. Money Heist (2017)

You want the Criminal POV, then this one’s for you. There’s more than robbing a bank in this story. The Professor and his eight minds(people whom he hired with different abilities) are about to pull off the biggest rob/heist the world has ever recorded.

Who doesn’t want a good chill, don’t worry if you met Tokyo, you would never want to stop watching!

5. Crash Landing on You (2019)

Another KDrama, that involves a soldier but this time it is about a North Korean Soldier who fell in love with a South Korean trespasser who unexpectedly trespassed his heart too. You cannot imagine how different South and North Korea from each other; from their accent, the clothes they wear and the government. I guess this fictional drama is giving us a little representation of it.

6. Koi Wa Tsuzuku yo Doko Made Mo (Love Will Last Forever) (2020)

If you want a little straight forward drama, you better watch this Japan Drama Series. This is a story of a newly graduated who became a nurse to follow her destiny who is a doctor whom she met five years ago. Do you think he will remember her? Well, it’s time for you to know the answer!

7. Kingdom (2019,2020)

Do you like movies about apocalypse and zombies? Well this one’s for you. A story of a plague spread by getting bitten by a person who got infected by the disease. Well, since we are in the middle of fighting a virus, I think this is actually pretty accurate to tell everyone the cautions they need to hear because any virus can spread fast if you don’t know how to take precautionary measures.

8. Freud (2020)

Sherlock Holmes lover? You might like the newest show, Freud. It’s a story of the young Sigmund Freud who joins a tandem on solving mysterious cases. For those who are seeker of mystery, this is for you. I bet you’ll finish it it one day and be the Sherlock you’ve been inside.

9. The Crown Princess (2018)

How about a story about royalty? Well, this Thai Drama is for you! What is the beauty of being a princess and what is the danger of having this title? All I can say is being a princess is about life, love and danger. You’ll never regret watching the series coz it will teach you so many things about the royal life of Princess Alice.

10. Goblin (2016)

What will you do if you are destined to be the Goblin’s Bride? Well, this Kdrama is about a lady who was destined to change the fate of the Goblin and to teach him how to care and fight for what is right and important. Is love worth saving or giving up? Don’t miss this one coz this is one of the stories that top the charts.
