TV Series You Need To Binge-watch this 2021

Hey guys! I know I haven’t been writing too much lately but I tried my best to keep up. I haven’t been so updated with movies because of the closing of cinemas so I’m rather stuck with subscribing TV Streaming apps such as Starzplay, OSN, Disney+, AppleTV, VIU and Netflix, well, I’m sure there’s other more.

There are so many latest TV Series and Movies which were actually available and if you need some fix on watching old TV Series, there are avaialbale ones too so here’s my list for 2021.

Let’s call this a part 1 of many.

  1. Bridgerton (Netflix) – Based on a novel series The Duke and I for Julia Quinn. It’s more like an English version of Gossip Girl. Well, I’d give this rating a 5 star because I love the books and I trust a series if it’s produced by The Shonda Rhimes. So if you enjoyed Gossip Girl, might as well, meet Lady Whistledown.

2. Mandalorian (Disney+) – It is the first live-action series in the Star Wars franchise, beginning five years after the events of Return of the Jedi (1983). So if you love Star Wars, this one’s for you! Plus, I love seeing baby Yoda!

3. Bling Empire (Netflix) – If you never got the hang from Crazy Rich Asians, then this new reality show about real-life rich Asians who are constantly enjoying their lavish life more than any rich people can imagine. I’m talking about signature brands and high-fashion jewelry plus the drama in this documentary is very much a representation of the rich Asian Community in Los Angeles.

4. Grey’s Anatomy (OSN) – We all know which this one is about but, you know me, I would try my best to give you a good series in all way possible. Grey is on its 17th season so why not give it a try if you haven’t seen it.

5. Daughter From Another Mother (Netflix) – Madre Solo hay Dos. If you have read about baby switch stories before then you might enjoy this one too. How the families get adjusted after discovering that the babies they brought home is a baby of someone else’s, how does that feel? Well, you’ll never know until you watch this series.

6. Crime Scene: The Vanishing at the Cecil Hotel (Netflix) – is a 2021 American docu-series directed by Joe Berlinger and chronicled the death of Elisa Lam. Elisa Lam was the second to the last recorded death at the Cecil Hotel, what happened to her is still a mystery for the public. The documentary is actually a enlightenment of what could possibly is the most substantial theory of what might have had really happened the day when Elisa disappeared.

7. Lupin (Netflix) – If you know Arsène Lupin, the master of disguise and you have watch the Anime Lupin III, then maybe you’ll like this live action of the famous novel. It may also teach you how to be smooth, in robbing an auction. Well, don’t do it in real life, you might get arrested.

8. Singapore Social (Netflix) – Another Asian-focused reality show but this time, they went all the way to Far East, Singapore. The series is about how Asian culture affects relationships, traditions and other things. Who doesn’t wat a little Asian drama that most of the population will relate? Yes! Watch it!

9. Selling Sunset (Netflix) – if you’re the kind of person who loves fancy houses plus a drama on how a person will be able to sell a million dollars worth of a house. Yes, damn houses were expensive and dramas were exciting too.

10. Somebody Feed Phil (Netflix) – Phil Rosenthal, yes, a docu-series of him eating food in different countries is also a must. It will make you miss Antony Bourdain too. Well, who doesn’t want something that will make them hungry while binge-watching right?

So far these are my best picks this 2021, I’m sure there will be more to come but for now, just pick these and enjoy!
