Afterlife of the Party (A Moview)

Every movie that I watch, I keep on realizing that this is not just a hobby for me; giving you all my sentiments about the movie that I am watching every week for the past two years is not a joke. I maybe gone for two months because of some personal issues that causing me not be able to write, I guess being the voice of all the people who liked a certain movie is just fits right in me. I loved how I able to recommend some of the best ones and even warn for the boring ones, like this is not just me trying to tell you that the movie is good but, you see, there’s something inside me that is just ready be heard and just like what my motto is, I want my thoughts sound pretty loud! So let’s get some popcorn poppin’, and let’s do this catching up step by step.

I’m talking the movie that I watched last month in Netflix, starring Victoria Justice, yes, the Nickelodeon star that we’ve seen in Victorious. The story is about a party girl, Cassie, who died after a night out and is tasked to fix the lives of the love of her life. Her best friend, her father and her mother ar eon her list and this is the only way for her to be able to go up. This is your typical kinda-ghost-teen-stories but yeah, it’s a pretty inspiring movie.

The whole movie is actually not too shabby or dramatic it’s just the right amount of relatable events and other things that most teenagers know. I bet you kinda remember there were also movies like this and I can give at least one, it’s the 2011 movie entitled Teen Spirit, when a bully died and had to help the girl she’s been bullying to win a pageant and basically be popular. I like movies like this because there’s just so many things that you can learn especially now that most of the movies are either, love stories, horror, thriller, comedy and other genres.

Teenagers now doesn’t get to have the feeling of watching Lindsay Lohan or Amanda Bynes movies, those are the legit overall movies that made my teenage years and basically I get to rewatch them every now an then. I think Netflix should play for of these teenage-focused movies coz most teenagers now think so mature for their age, maybe because of what they see in social media or the whole internet.

All in all, I love the movie, the whole plot maybe predictable at some point but it’s actually convincing and yes, a nice to watch. I will definitely give this 88% wonderroanne rating.
