There’s so many movies coming out this October and I am more excited with Slasher movies because I believe that Slasher movies are the GOAT of all the horror movies. I grew up watching Halloween, Friday the 13th, Child’s Play, Nightmare on the Elm Street, SCREAM and many more. These movies were hit during the 90s and I think these are the core reason why I loved watching films and telling people what I love about it.

October means Halloween and Halloween means more horror/thriller/suspense movies. Well, just in time for October, a new movie has been released on Amazon Prime entitled Totally Killer. This is a story of a teenager using a Time Machine to go back in time and save her mother and other girls who were killed by the legend serial killer, Sweet Sixteen Killer.

The story is, their town was filled with horror when 35 years ago, there was a serial killer who killed three teenage girls, particularly sixteen years old, and they were stabbed 16 times. Thinking that the whole halloween story has gone, in 2023, surprisingly, the Sweet Sixteen Killer is back and killed Jamie’s mother, who apparently has a connection with the ladies who were killed many years ago.

After Jamie’s mother was killed she was chased by the killer and she accidentally escaped using her best friend’s Time Machine invention which brought her back before the killing spree, 35 years ago. She then discovers that her mother was friends with the three girls who were about to be butchered in the timeline that she is in now. She will now try to stop the killing while trying to figure out how she will be able to go home with the help of her best friend’s mother.

The whole movie is somehow predictable, just like the usual slasher movies that we are seeing but this time, the plot twist was the Time Machine. The attack is very retro but still with a touch of modernity. All I can say is that I love movies like this and I’d love to see more slasher movies in the future.

If you like Slasher movies, you can try to watch this one and maybe watch other slasher movies that were release in the 80s and 90s because those were actually the GOAT. And there’s going to be more thriller movies coming because it is October and obviously, it’s the Halloween month!

All in all, I will definitely recommend this movie due to its relatable story and also the whole plot. We all know what happens if you mess up something in the timeline, everything will change and so this movie gave us this too. This deserves a 89% wonderroanne rating.
