Getting The Whole World To Pause

We are in the middle of a crisis and everyone is suffering; from huge to small businesses and individuals, this Covid-19 has made the world stop. Who would’ve known, the last party you hosted was your last for a very long time, the tight hugs you gave your parents you visited across the country, the last visit you did in Coachella, the last dinner with … Continue reading Getting The Whole World To Pause

10 TV Series You Need To See During This Lockdown

I know we are all bored and bummed because of the current situation circulating worldwide because of the Covid19 and at the end of the day, we cannot do anything but follow the lockdown protocols and stay at home. But what can we do inside our homes? I’ve got a lot in my list but surely not everyone can enjoy, exercise, drawing, online studying, cooking; but everyone can have a little distraction by watching TV, Netflix or Movies.

When choosing a specific film or series to watch on Netflix, I guess I’m not alone when I say, I take the entire day choosing what to watch and I always end up not watching anything at all.

Well, for the entire time I have been watching and reviewing films, I also watch TV Series and I bet I can give you 10 on my list for you to try and enjoy while you’re in a quarantine or lockdown.

The Way You Hurt Her…

The way you hurt her left her with dry eyes. She never showed you she cried, coz you won’t notice anyway. She never showed you how painful it was seeing your relationship fail, coz you never fought for it anyway. She never showed you she messed everything up after you left, coz you will never come back anyway. She never showed you how she struggled … Continue reading The Way You Hurt Her…

Shazam: Say My Name (A Moview)

The Wizard: Say my name so that my powers may flow through you.
Billy Batson: But I don’t know your name, sir.
The Wizard: Shazam.
Billy Batson: [laughing] Are you for real?
The Wizard: Say it!
Billy Batson: Okay! Shazam?

Disclaimer: This Moview consists of scenes that are part of the movie and stories that can spoil the whole thing. Please read at your own risk. Well, c’mon, it’s good, so read it!

Aside from the release of Captain Marvel from Marvel Studios, here it comes another ‘Captain Marvel’ (Comics speaking) from the DC Universe. Yes, Shazam was supposed to be the Captain Marvel of the DC Universe but since there’s a possible legal issues with Marvel Comics, they dropped the idea and published him as Shazam instead.

Well, if you asked those comic fans, you’ll know some major changes that the movie had compare to the original one and I think it is just right on every DCU Movies, Continue reading “Shazam: Say My Name (A Moview)”

We All Have That One Ex…

“Don’t end up with a man who sounds like me, who say the things I say, who can make you smile just like I did. End up with someone who will do things that won’t remind you of me.” – Verbal words from my Ex to me.

They said that a love that is in the past, is a love that has to be forgotten, but what if that love was the only thing that keeps reminding you of how much it hurts to find another one again? Well, the famous quote from Alfred Lord Tennyson, “‘Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.” is just a perfect explanation of everything I would want this blog to be understood of.

I’ve heard it from different people, they said it is hard to let go of something that you used to love and cherish; it is hard to let go of that person who made you feel so special and it is hard not to take your hopes up and expect for something better.

Over time, I realized how moving on doesn’t only mean you are over the person but moving on also means that you have forgotten the feeling and the regret you have when you let them go.

We all have that one ex that made us walk through a high bridge or touch the sky even if you look like a fool; that one person who made us feel like we are in a cloud 9 and that the world stops revolving around us when we’re together; that one person who made us eat veggies and home made fries instead of burgers and fries from fast food chains because they just do so and that one person who made us more comfortable watching movies leaning on their shoulders or spending the night over instead of partying with friends because they know that we have an exam coming for the next day.
