In the midst of a war, who would have known that there’s a possibility of fulfilling something small only to discover it’s something really big? This 2020, amongst the true stories adapted into a award winning movie, comes another story that will captured everyone’s heart.

Directed by Sam Mendes, 1917 is another memoir from the British soldiers during the World War I. The story was told by the director’s grandfather, Alfred Mendes and with his story, a great movie was made.

In the beginning of the year 2020, another horror movie is starting the year with a scare. Directed by Nicolas Pesce comes another film which was based on the Japanese film, Ju-On: The Grudge (2002).  With the success of many Asian horror films, this movie was compared to all the The Grudge Sequels and I bet you want to find out more about it.

Doctor Sleep: A Moview

Following up from the 1980 Movie Adaptation of Stephen King’s The Shining, comes another adaptation form one of the magnum opus of the same writer; Famous director Mike Flanagan (Who is also known for his work, The Haunted Hill House) has yet again amazed the world with another adaptation from the library of Stephen, The Doctor Sleep; it’s the sequel for the book The Shining (1970) which was published late 2013.

The movie is all about the life of Dan Torrance, played by Ewan McGregor, after he fled with his mother from the Overlook Hotel where his father, Jack Torrance, attacked them, wanting to kill them, which was elaborated on the first book; The Shining.
